A spacious 2-storey (with attic) family inn "Karin" surrounded by a picturesque garden is located in a 5 minute drive from the center of Dilijan and combines the atmosphere an Armenian country house with modern amenities. This 6 bedroom inn with bathrooms, a living room, a large flat-screen TV, a balcony with a splendid view provides all other amenities of a good resort.
Room prices include breakfast. Lunch and dinner may be ordered for additional price but shish kebab accessories are at your service whenever you wish.
"Zvartnots" airport in Yerevan is 110 km far from the "Karin" guest house.
Discounts for renting the entire house are quite possible.
We can as well organize your leisure: meeting the New Year Eve (New Year treats, exquisite live music, Santa Claus and Snow Maiden, or any other New Year entertainments at your choice) or celebration of anniversaries, corporate parties, family and other holidays and events.

Rooms:

"Karin" family inn is designed for 18 guests.
All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (shower, hygienic shower, WC) and necessary hygienic supplies.
The inn has 6 rooms.
In the first floor:
hall; living room with a fireplace, piano and TV; laundry; kitchen and 1 standart double room with 2 separate beds.
In the second floor:
hall with access to a large shared balcony and 5 rooms.



Types and cost of the rooms:

A family type suite:
consisting of a dining room and a bedroom, will be convenient for the families of 3 or 4, the price is
48 000 AMD per day.
A family room:
with a double bed and folding sofa is designed for 3 or 4 people; the price is
36 000 AMD per day.
Standard double room with two separate beds; the price is
26 000 AMD per day.
Meals:
Breakfast is included into the price.
Lunch and dinner can be ordered at an additional cost.

Facilities:
